  1. Check-In System for buy list items to catch missed items

Hey ScoutIQ Team, I am a high-volume book seller and use ScoutIQ as the starting point of my entire workflow. On a typical sourcing day I purchase between 400 and 800 books, export my buy list from ScoutIQ, and then import that file directly into InventoryLab for listing and shipment creation. I have run into a recurring issue that I believe many high-volume sellers may also experience. Occasionally, books are added to my ScoutIQ buy list but never actually make it home from the sourcing location. This can happen for a variety of reasons: a book gets left in a cart, set aside, misplaced during loading, or otherwise never makes it into the final inventory. The challenge is that I don't discover these missing books until the shipment boxing stage in InventoryLab, after the books have already been imported, listed, labeled, and processed. At that point, correcting the issue requires significant rework. The obvious solution would be to perform a receiving or verification step when I return to my warehouse. However, the current export only includes the ASIN and does not include the original barcode/ISBN that was scanned in the field. Because of this, there is no practical way to verify physical books against the exported buy list without rescanning every book through ScoutIQ and creating a second buy list. For sellers processing hundreds of books per day, this can add several hours of labor. Would it be possible to add one or more of the following fields to the export? • Original scanned barcode • ISBN-10 • ISBN-13 • UPC/EAN • Source barcode scanned by the user Having access to the original scanned identifier would allow sellers to build a simple receiving/check-in process to verify physical inventory before importing into InventoryLab. This would help identify missing books early in the workflow and eliminate a significant amount of manual labor. Additionally, I would love to see a built-in "Check-In" or "Receiving" workflow integrated into ScoutIQ and/or InventoryLab. For example: Source books in ScoutIQ and build a buy list.Return to the warehouse.Import the buy list into InventoryLab.Run a Check-In process by scanning the physical books in hand.InventoryLab automatically marks items as verified and highlights any items from the buy list that were never checked in.Only verified items move forward into the listing and shipment workflow. This would allow sellers to identify missing books before listing, labeling, and shipment creation, when the cost of correcting mistakes is much higher. For high-volume sellers, a receiving/check-in step would provide tremendous value by reducing errors, improving inventory accuracy, and preventing hours of downstream cleanup. Even if these features were offered as optional tools for larger-volume sellers, I believe they would be extremely valuable additions to the ScoutIQ and InventoryLab ecosystem

  2. Comprehensive data for products with expiration dates

Currently, there is no way to find expiration dates for active products unless you export the CSV for each batch. I'd like to be able to maintain a running list of products with expiration dates, or perhaps a report that can be run at-will to provide this list, updated to include only available units.

  4. Walmart Seller!

Please Integrate with walmart. The Walmart Experience sucks and I would love inventory tracking all in one place for my walmart and amazon stores. I don't need any adding inventory/prepping/sendtowalmart features at first, just basic order tracking/accounting would be a blessing.

  5. Low-inventory-level fee report

Is it possible to separate the Low-inventory-level fee from the FBA fulfillment fee in our FBA Sales report? If not, maybe an average FBA fee over __ days? A standalone report for the Low Inventory fee itself might also be helpful. We could see how much the fee is affecting our ROI/Margin. The ability to ID when the fees starts, so we can raise prices would be helpful. From Shanon Morris from FB.

  6. Add other marketplace integration (ebay, shopify, etc)

Inventory Lab is a one-trick-pony. For Amazon, it does GREAT. But as soon as you expand your business off Amazon (which everyone should do), it quickly becomes a headache to keep managing Inventory Lab without integrations OR the ability to manually enter sales. This is especially cumbersome when your COGs change regularly (such as when purchasing stock in a foreign currency) where each of your replenishments has a different cost. Well, once you sell a unit on another platform, now your inventory flags as an inssue, and you have to manually adjust your numbers, hoping to find the specific replenishment that the sale came from, which then shows you only bought 8 items instead of 9 when you made the purchase.

  7. Add weight and dimensions as you box

Added from Facebook: After finishing packing each box, the ability to input the weight and dimensions before moving to the next box. This would eliminate the need for extra steps and streamline the process.

  9. Delete Duplicate & Test Scans / Reset Analytics

I am new to the app and I made a couple test on some books. It would be good to delete these tests from history.

  10. I would like 2D barcodes to show FNSKUs instead of ASINs

I would like to see FNSKUs on 2D barcodes instead of ASINs. Here are the 2D barcode requirements: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/G/01/fba-help/QRG/FBA_2DBarcode_Requirements_en-US.pdf

    Auto-Clear Search Field After Scanning

After scanning a UPC/ASIN/etc. in the search field, the field should auto-clear and re-select, enabling users to scan another item without needing to manually clear the field or perform a double-click. -By Daniel Mikel

  12. Add a different "Accept" Tone for eScores of 151+

Can you give an option for a new kind of sound that we can turn on for books/products that are over 151 for those of us that use hand held scanners. When I am scanning with the phone I see the 151 but with a hand held scanner it is not something I will know about. But I would really like to analysis those more that are 151 .

  14. Add packing list to Box It

Currently, the packing list is only available after printing shipping labels. While this is because the shipment IDs aren't available until then, it would be helpful for packing if there was still a list of items in a box to check off, labeled with just box and packing group numbers.

Scan items into Box using the UPC

I would like the ability to scan my items into a Box using the UPC. This makes it easier to determine which FNSKU label goes on the item when assigning it to the box.
